1. The basic situation of the survey
In May 2021, Dongguan Machinery Mould Industry Association officially launched the 2020 Dongguan Mould Enterprise Salary Survey. The survey lasted for one month. The core survey content was based on the salary that the relevant responsible persons and practitioners of mold companies care about, and showed the current salary status in 2020 and the development trend in 2021 from different angles.
Based on the company's daily visits and a lot of data searches, I will set up this questionnaire to conduct a more comprehensive survey of the salary of companies of different industries and sizes.
A total of 78 questionnaires were collected in this survey, of which 75 were valid questionnaires.
